In order to start using SHU IT services you must activate your user account.

Current students

You must use this page to activate your use of the password reset service and be able to change your password in the future.


Activation

Activation consists of 3 steps:

  1. Verify your identity
  2. Set your password
  3. Set your secret password reset questions
